half-written..sorry! : )

OK...if this works, iv just updated my blog with this half written post because i jsut found it in my saved drafts and realised that i hadnt posted it so...here's a half-written post!! : )

OK, so...sunday...sunday me, flic and martyn went 2 moshi to visit flic's new 'bit' (!) had a great time. Took us a while to get there, jools, one of the more idiotic lads of 'the lads' drove us along with justin (our new founded very good friend) and it took us about 2 1/2 hours! :S very boring but a BEAUTIFUL drive and the views of kili on a clear day (which, luckily on sunday, it was!) are absolutly breathtaking! Just chilled out when we got there, put a bbq on, had a little swim in possibly the CUTEST swimming pool in the world, it was like an oversized, built-in paddling pool!! about waist deep!! listened to music...generally had a very relaxed day. Did a bit of sunbathing (more so after mum and dad had rung and told me there was about 3-4 inches of snow back home!!) mwahahaha!!
Monday was flic's actual birthday. We all set up a plan for her, as, being the first birthday the house has experienced, we had to set the standards! Im not having anything less than balloons and a fully cooked breakfast for my birthday (which, by the way is in exactly 3 weeks today!) (me?? selfish?!!) so...that is what we did!!! Managed to get the teachers to keep flic at school whilst we all came home and 'decorated' the house. I made a very little paperchain out of couloured tissue paper (before i got bored and declared she had to make do!!) and we put up balloons and then set up the parcels and letters/cards that we'd been secretly collecting from the post on a chair with lots of sparkly things around it!! managed to get a cake made (contacts!!)...it was MASSIVE!!! Very big, weird tasting cake saying 'happy 19th birthday flic' on it!! Sort of had a layer of marbled sponge then a layer of banana slices and cashe nuts!! it was...interesting to say the least!! Went out for a meal at the local italian style restaurant, they do beautiful pizzas then went for a couple of drinks at masai camp!!
for the rest of the week, we havnt really done much. Iv managed to read quite a lot since arrival...'the curious incident of the dog in the night-time', 'matilda', 'the twits', 'george's marvellous medicine' (all classis roald dahl's, you'll see!!)
